Interlock SAE flanges are designed for leak-free operation in high pressure applications. They are essential core of SAE flange hydraulic fittings. These corrosion-resistant fittings are easy to connect, providing an alternative method of connecting a pipe, hose, tube or equipment. The leak-free connection is suitable for high pressures, larger sizes and assembly in tight quarters. It has achieved worldwide standard acceptance.

They are made from standard forging and the basic raw material is steel with a carbon content of less than 0.30%. Alternatively, stainless steel SS316 or galvanized flange material is available.

Interlock SAE flanges are mainly used in the working temperature -40 °C to +100 °C conditions for hydraulic power transmission or conveying water, gas, oil and other high-pressure media to ensure the circulation of liquid and transfer of liquid energy.
