SAE 100R1 high tensile steel wire braided medium pressure hose

SAE 100R1AT single steel wire braided hose is a typical medium pressure hydraulic hose and strongly recommended for hydraulic lines or general industrial system. High tensile strength steel wire reinforcement makes SAE 100R1 hose support higher pressure than common steel wire does.

Apart from standard SAE 100R1 hose, high temp and high abrasion hydraulic hoses are supplied. They are designed to meet higher standard.

Option One (high abrasion):

• Tube: Excellent oil resistant Nitrile;
• Reinforcement: single high tensile strength steel wire braid;
• Cover: modified nitrile;
• Max working pressure: 3625 psi (at 3/16");
• Working temperature: -40 to +100°C (-40 to +212°F);
• Inside diameter: 3/16" to 2";
• Pressure grating: 3045psi (at 3/16", type AT) and 3625 psi (at 3/16", type S);
• Safety factor: 4:1;
• Pressure grade: medium.

Option Two (high temp):

• Tube: Excellent oil resistant Nitrile;
• Reinforcement: single high tensile strength steel wire braid;
• Cover: abrasion and weather resistant Chlorosulphonated Polyethylene (CSM);
• Max working pressure: 3625 psi (at 3/16");
• Working temperature: -40 to +100°C (-40 to +212°F) or as ordered;
• Inside diameter: 3/16" to 2";
• Pressure grating: 3045psi (at 3/16", type AT) and 3625 psi (at 3/16", type S);
• Safety factor: 4:1;
• Pressure grating: medium.

Remarks: Hoses meet or exceed SAE 100R1 are manufactured. You kindly send us your specified technical data if you can't find the one from the table below.

Notes:

1. 1MPa=10bar=145psi;
2. Bending radius measured on the inside of the bend;
3. SAE Dash Size equals to hose I.D. in 1/16's of an inch.
